Name a glyph! I did a rather large study and now id like to invite everyone to give names to these glyphs! By that i mean every glyph i drew today is either a mirrored or flipped version of another glyph. My reasoning? Because we know there is a relationships between glyphs and their mirrored, flipped, opposite, etc glyphs. Its logical that instead of making new glyphs, that the mirrored, flipped, opposite, etc glyphs would come into the system before any real new ones are made. I could be wrong about that, do not take my word for it. Most of these glyphs have already been a topic of conversation for people who study glyphs. Thoughts on the nature of the scanner app. This mostly stems from my endeavour to acquire the obsidian Guardian badge and reach level 8. Hacking a portal controlled by a rival faction will gain you 100 AP, while a portal controlled by your own faction won’t raise any AP for hacking and after that there’s 10 AP for each resonator recharged and 75 AP for every resonator upgraded. More AP can be gained from Glyph Hacking or moding but there are only 4 mod slots per portal and interest in Glyph Hacking seems to vary. Mindfields are a strong generator of AP, but I feel they have negative consequences to the ebb and flow if they are abused, as no field can be formed inside one. Also if a mindfield is reliant on one specific portal to hold it together then it will fall either by resonator decay or the actions of an opposing faction. Despite being on opposite sides the ENL and the RES appear to need each other. This was illustrated clearly to me at a NL-1331E event where ENL players needed RES

Yesterday when talking about what 2.0 may hold in store for us, there were wishes for (Magnus) archetypes to play a bigger role. One idea mentioned was that agents that displayed traits of an archetype may receive slight bonuses ingame. But how do you recognize which agent represents which archetype(s)? Badges. Badges that correlate with your archetype are those that you pursue even when it has reached onyx level. Essex RPE~ Ishiras Glyphing Lesson 1 This is was my first time ever being a Patron, GM, DM for a game and i was very excited for it. Thank you agents for allowing me to teach you a way to protect your mind palaces! I was honored to be your guide in this and i hope this transcript of the events that took place will help the agents that read it! I hope it helps in understanding the importance and danger when it comes to glyphs! This was our first time really using ourselves in these RPEs outside of the Misty Hannah Mind Palace RPE in Burbank. It was interesting to say the least, because we played ourselves, and we learned where our strengths and weakness's were when it came to our scanners. Understandably, this has led to a feeling of resignation and dejection. Why should we act against cheaters if nothing derives from our actions? But imho, this is not the right path to take. We as players must show Niantic that we still care for our game. We - players who act fair and square - are the overwhelming majority. We should tell Niantic we're still there.
