Oh boy. +Hank Johnson​, I believe that we as the agents around the world will support you, no matter your choice. Personally I myself have no doubt that you will be a great leader bringing the NIA to a new high. But think calmly about all the extreme risks that will come with it. Additionally, you are the explorer, and sitting behind the desk might not be the best idea. Don't jump to decisions, sleep over it.

It took a bit time to identify this pattern.
