Third Faction Idea:

Exotic Matter is leaking through to our dimension, story wise right?
The Enlightened and Resistance our on this side, but what about from where the Exotic Matter source, the Shapers dimension? I say Third Faction should be Red Faction, and that comes with the discovery of Dark Exotic Matter and other tools from the Shapers dimension...

It took a bit time to identify this pattern.
