A transcript has been attempted. This could be Devra along with an ingressed entity. The lack of synchrony exhibited in the case of Klue-ADA is suggestive of many possibilities. The disappearance of the original video may be the result of successful alignment of several Devra shards by Resistance. Again, it's unclear who or what is responsible for interfering with the transmission.

It took a bit time to identify this pattern.
