(Im new to posting to this community, please let me know if I mess anything up!)

I received PAs emailed update, an email of the blog post, and it appears to have an encoded message. I assumed it would have been fully analized here by now, but checking this AM I see maybe not?

It took a bit time to identify this pattern.
