The New Wave Enlightened Revealed

The existence of the New Wave Enlightened need not be questioned. They have been active for quite some time, just not as visibly as the New Wave Resistance. While the NWR were occupied with their mandate to resurrect ADA, even serving as hosts to her code, the NWE were developing and strategically playing their cards.

Consider a few posts which have been made in reference to them- which combined reveal their activity.

“Cybella encounters people who appeared as ghosts, their nearly naked bodies emblazoned with the same glyphs they had seen in Britannia. This fragment was traced back to a New Wave Agent in Peru who appeared to have an odd mark that looked like a feather or leaf on her arm.” H. Richard Loeb - Aug 7th

As I was driving back the thoughts grew clearer in my mind. It wasn’t an XM Portal they had created, obviously, but a Portal of the mind — a Portal of shared human experience. They had built it and crossed through its threshold together. H Richard Loeb - Jan 1st, 2017

So what is revealed?

The NWE have been incredibly active behind the scenes.
Susana Moyer was changed by the NWE, and may have become NWE. Her augmentation may have been necessary to prepare her to interface or enter the Tecthulhu.

As revealed through the Cybella fragment, the NWE form of augmentation has existed for a long time and has been used by Ancient Cultures to interface with the substrate.

NWE Circuitry isn’t implanted like NWR chips, it is grown over time. It allows them to channel something powerful- sounds like a type of XM Capacitor. Is it this Augmentation that allows them to reach into the Ultimate? Is the recently revealed Portal of the Mind the interface to the Ultimate? If so, we can bank on the NWE/NWR making a significant move soon.
