Although not yet clarified, it is believed that ABADN's 13 chambers also contained A Detection Algorithm .

Is it a hard disk or a memory card? Or source codes? What is the XM-made body of the algorithm?
... Though I do not want it to be so heartily, I thought that Klue S. might be in that chamber.
Motivation: ADA wanted a body that is loved by H. Richard Loeb .
ADA had a special emotion against P.A.Chapeau who is also her creator from before. She seemed to seek intimacy in conversation with him, and seems to be exploring woman's type that he likes. She may not have the concept of love, but maybe she wanted to be a special existence for him.

Opportunity: If Ezekiel Calvin was counting ADA as one to include in ABADN, his task was how to make AI Simulacrum. Because it is probably unprecedented to copy the algorithm as Simulacrum.
It is fully conceivable that he may have consulted ADA about that method. And that's also the chance for ADA to propose a method of copying algorithms to the human brain and copy that person, and also ADA might be possible that pick out "optimum body" for that, and shows it to Calvin.
Means: At the time of the establishment of ABADN which was also the beginning of the Niantic Project , the method of mind hacking by Glyph has not been established yet.
However, ADA has successfully penetrated to 855's brain through medical devices (by the novel "The Niantic Project: INGRESS"). In other words, she was possible to embed algorithms in the brain without using Glyphs, if there was appropriate equipment.
First, ADA invades to Klue's brain with the help of Calvin and locks it in deeper part there (this can be released by using glyph sequence).
Why is it necessary to lock?
If Klue does not notice herself being mind hacked, she would be able to behave like a natural human being. Because ADA's learning about humanity was not comletely at this point yet.
However, it seems to have left some commands necessary for planning ... for example to contact P.A.Chapeau as an investigator, or to head Scotland and Portland. I guess this is the cause Klue has left for there without special reason.

ADA then showed Glyph (part of the unlock code) to Klue at the appropriate timing, and she reconnected to get her to request for the entire release code. That was the merge status of them. And, it seems more reasonable than think of they are merged just by looking at the Glyph Sequence.
