From San Francisco to Prague

Klue S. seems to be active within in the portal network again, with the recent close ties to the November Lima Omega mission. From XM mirco-disturbances to other personifications throughout the portal network in the same areas as November Lima.

This Omega Mission completed at San Francisco CA, with agent Ishira Tsubasa attending that event and reporting to me anything odd that she witnessed.

Now it seems that Klue S. has started to appear around Prague, as evidenced by this dead-drop...

My question for you agents is why Prague now? I can understand the close ties to November Lima because of that van seems to contain a portion of Roland Jarvis' consciousness.

Did Klue obtain something from her travels with November Lima and is she delivering that to Prague? Is there a connection we need to be looking at between these locations?
