Decoding methods
05, 06, 07, 08, 09 and 10 were simple substitution ciphers. They could decode by guessing Table1 below.

And we noticed that Table1 has the rule of replacing pair letters with each other. That is, if A → J, then J → A. We guessed Table2 based on this rule and 01 was decrypted.

It is believed that 11 has a different table from other, but because of few number of characters used there, we have not reached its perfect identification. We guessed the last answer of Gamma from the rules of tables 1 and 2, and the previous Omicron's comment (Table 3).

03 was a rail fence cipher that applied rail 3.

04 was predicted to be the same encryption as the envelope described in the link below. However, the image had to be flipped upside down.

02 is decoded in the same way as 04, it becomes "RX". And we got "NO" using the same table2 as Gamma's first post.
