Not sure if this is cryptic enough for crtptic section but it seems we have a mystery on our hands. Who has released this technology?? How has it ended up on out scanners?? Is thus the beginning of something bigger to come?

Could it be that Stein Lightman​ has managed to push this onto the network from wherever he may be, his last communication was 43weeks ago.

Could +Hank Johnson and +Jahan released this, their motives as yet unknown.

It took a bit time to identify this pattern.
