Well, I wasn't really expecting the large reaction to the original post I made! I figured it'd have a..rather relaxed and appreciative approval from the general community but I woke up this morning and H. Richard Loeb even shared it on Investigate! Once again, I offer my deep thanks to PAC for doing so :)
Given that wonderful news, I decided to get to work on pushing out the second part of this series. So, without further ado, let's talk about the expansion of the program..but first, I do need to wrap things up in the "Origins" post, very quickly.
First, it's pretty commonly known that November Lima and its variants have traveled to Anomalies and special meetup events. Edgar Allan Wright, the founder of this community, mused on one day that he had obtained knowledge that revealed that the exposure of Roland Jarvis' body did more than impart unique abilities-such as the ability of 'hyperthreading' or 'teleportaling' as it's called now(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Ut9nr6l-oI)
but that Jarvis' influence, his will, was controlling the van. It goes where Jarvis wants it to. I openly and formally challenge Ethan Lepouttre-the current operator of the NL-1331 Vehicles-to speak on this statement and disclose as much information as capable on the program and its true purpose.
Second, it has been shown in some degree-through not fully known-that Exogenous Glyphs are capable of interacting with the NL-Vehicles. In mid June of last year, many Agents in the Eastern United States took part in an event in which they showcased a special Glyph Sequence crafted by the wonderful Glyph Expert Ishira Tsubasa on site with the NL-1331 variant in tow.(http://investigate.ingress.com/2016/06/13/the-saveklue-resurgence/) It has been rumored via Dr. Wright that performing this might have had some sort of effect on NL-1331 (https://plus.google.com/u/0/110289508116377658380/posts/1croZExnX6F)
NOW, with that out of the way...let's begin, shall we?
Expansion
The first major expansion of the NL-Program was during the Aegis Nova period of our Investigation. Akira Tsukasa, already known for her work with retrofitting the Ingress Scanner into Android Wear devices and then her introductory work as the head of IQTech Research's Eastern Division creating the Lawson Power Cube, was now tasked as the overseer of the NL expansion into Japan. Her showcase of this was the creation of NL-Prime, described as 'a hyper-saturated mobile XM environment that can be used to identify ‘extraordinary’ sensitives for future recruitment." Akira worked incredibly closely with Willer Travel in order to create the design and disguise of the lab, making it appear to be a tour bus that'd travel across Japan.
However, shortly after its release it began to be dogged by controversy as fragments leaked out from the van showcased that Tsukasa and her organization were responsible for the silencing of any sort of details regarding the Prime program (collection done by the tremendous Japanese Investigation organziation Project Lycaeum, with key members such as Itonaga Naohiro, MailEater miu2d4r ミウツー, Tadashi Namizaki:https://plus.google.com/u/0/+ProjectLycaeum/posts/B8ArhGNyAe7).
Things only got worse as time went on as Lycaeum began to translate even more intel that was leaked out from unknown channels, translated by Investigator YutoRaion: http://investigate.ingress.com/2017/04/11/followup-prime-intel/. This Intel showcased that Akira was tracking those who were exposed during a trip in Prime, even going as far as to break into a subject's house, put him into a coma and studied him without consent.
Despite these dark and disturbing discoveries, the Prime program continues to operate in Japan with no signs of slowing down.
During the early Via Lux period of our Investigation, a new NL-Variant emerged: 1331e, crafted for deployment exclusively in Europe. Described as an 'enhanced' variant. its design creator is unknown though it bears the similar car company as the 1331 original. Other than that, very little is known about this one. We will return to this at the end of this document.

And now, the current stuff. Akira has now managed to gain full control of the NL Program from IQTech Research and is now operates, to my knowledge, all known above variants of NL...though I suspect Ethan won't admit it. She has declared herself the new "Director" of the program and has issued a special challenge to draw Agents nearby to NL events in order to gain more data that she can harness for unknown purposes.
