UPDATE: Working on a Google Doc with most of what I've already released as well a potential format of the Missions. Once I've gotten it wrapped up I'll share it with all Reporters and Essex for discussion.

Akira Tsukasa and DeepMind During Aegis Nova Akira Tsukasa were seen in an Ingress Report. https://youtu.be/-6V9dR-2zdE Taking a look on the background there was something similar to a connected portal network. It took a bit time to identify this pattern. The background is similar to DeepMind's. https://deepmind.com/applied/deepmind-for-google/ DeepMind is a Neural Turing Machine, or a neural network that may be able to access an external memory like a conventional Turing machine, resulting in a computer that mimics the short-term memory of the human brain.
