Devra is back in action. Everyone is wondering why she came back. She has already got access to the NIA old archives, confirmed by Devra herself.
As we all know she has one of Lynton-Wolfe’s original scanners on her hand and her knowledge about the original scanner is eminent.
Is it a coincidence that Devra appeared out of nowhere and also got access to NIA old archives and disclosing about the Exogenous-Enhanced Scanner – “Ingress Prime” happened in the same timeframe?
When I was working on my translation project (https://plus.google.com/collection/ItJRHE TG: @ingress_sinhala) i figured out that one of the meanings for word “Prime” means “මුලාකෘතිය” in my native language sinhala which can be translated back to English as “Archetype”.
Is the development of Ingress Prime based on Lynton-Wolfe’s original scanner archetype?

What was the motive behind giving access for NIA old archives to Devra?
