A Rumor...

It seems that ingress.report was down between 04:00 on December 13th and 01:00 on 14th (UTC) -- according to logs of my ticker.
About this matter, the ingress.report team has announced speculation that "It is revenge by PAC on matters we published video."

I think he has no reason to do cyber attack against them. But it would be easy for them to guess as above.
