The Last Release Of Artifact Info (From Us) Prior To Vienna

As many of you noticed in the Acolytes instructions to us that came via Luma Viride , it was suggested/allowed that we share a small portion of the information.  

Today we release our final artifact image (barring any additional guidance before the presentation in Vienna.)  And, as promised - thanks to Mel Forrest s efforts in solving the previous riddle - today's post includes the position of the artifact. (Position: 00000111)

Ok I was going over all of the words outlined in a box found in the pages shared by agent pincoushin1 in the Essex telegram channel and I think I found something interesting.
