Jarvis seems too friendly to all for someone who was just brought back to life.

Jarvis seems too friendly to all for someone who was just brought back to life... Also after so much time he lived as an XM entity he seems to remember perfectly how to use a bipedal body... And the shards are still on the intel map all around the world...
Is this "Jarvis" an imposter, or am I looking for deeper meanings where there are clearly none?
