I12 Report: Possible Explanation to the Ben Jackland Phone Paradox.
We know Oliver Lynton-Wolfe was experimenting with micro-wormholes using the portal at the CERN facility in November 2012. He was continually adding Exotic Matter in hopes of stabilizing a portal at a higher state, by introducing a power cube construct he had created.
Possibly trying to create a traversable wormhole. In a traversable wormhole information would be allowed to travel in both directions from one part of spacetime to another or even from one universe to another.

We know this experiment created an opening that lead to the exposure of large amounts of XM to everyone in the lab and the effects associated with it, during what has become called Epiphany Night.
When Devra Bogdanovich and Roland Jarvis escaped the laboratory. They must have been like walking power cubes, moving through the city and onto the trains. They would have passed within range of several portals along this route. Passing any portal in their state would have affected the portals in ways we saw in the Epiphany Night experiment.
We suggest that one such effect could have been a temporal anomaly. One that would have overlapped parallel universes connected through the wormholes being opened as portals were being exposed to the high concentrations of XM both Dr.Bogdanovich and Roland Jarvis were carrying.
Several unexplained events were noted that show this. The clocks being wrong at the station in Tyco's art work. The missing time noted on the train ride by Dr.Bogdanovich and of course the phone showing up in June 2012, among other incidents. Also there was a mention in an Ingress Report that an anomaly had happened in the spring of 2012.
With this in mind, this is what we see as a possible order of events.
In Universe one,
Dr.Bogdanovich and the phone thieves never meet. The Doctors phone never makes it back to June of 2012 and all events related to Ben Jackland never happens.
The events of Epiphany Night do happen, which triggers the overdose of Dr.Bogdanovich and the effects this has, as she moves along her route.
Ending up at the train station where she slips the phone into the thieves back pack. The phone containing the scanner app would have most certainly been fully charged with XM and this may have allowed it to move between universes like the other XM constructs we see.
In Universe two,
A phone shows up in the back pack of the thieves in June 2012 after their encounter with a woman on a train. They sell the phone to Ben Jackland and the events we see in his video happen.
The phone from Universe one is confiscated and ends up with the NIA.
The events of Epiphany Night happen, which again triggers the XM overdose of Dr.Bogdanovich and the effects ending up at the train station where she slips a new XM exposed phone into the thieves back pack that moves it into the next universe.
We also believe this is how Dr.Bogdanovich was able to physically interact with those in the past universe. Her XM levels would have been high enough to stabilize her passage back and fourth, even though she didn't know it was happening.
The paradox completes as the phone moves from December 2012 in this universe to June 2012 in the next, and so on.
We can see this paradox happening over and over again until the accumulated effects of the slight changes in the timeline prevents Epiphany Night from happening as scheduled, breaking the cycle of events.
We believe we exist in one of the universes where the paradox still exists. This leads us to conjecture what the principle players in this universe know or knew of the events leading up to the paradox.
For example...
We know the phone contained the latest version of the scanner app to that date. We know ADA had access to this scanner and quite possibly had a copy of itself within it. If that copy had a list of events and brought that information back to June 2012 where this universes ADA had access to that information. This could explain how the stop light changed when needed and the train tickets where purchased by ADA ahead of time.
Any of the players in this, could have had access to the scanner app program in any of the universes the program had passed through prior to reaching our universe.
All of this is conjecture without positive proof at this time. Getting to the remains of the phone and knowing if the scanner app had been altered and how many times, would show us a great deal as to where we are in this possible paradox.
