Took a few days to and a few not so helpful hints from Agent Omicorn to figure out that is was an enigma message but it was finally cracked. It was this final clue, I AM OMICRON, https://plus.google.com/u/0/101002094385999916656/posts/h1SLSiRuJ5w that allowed ThaHatman( +Hidden Djinn) to figure out how to place the wheels on the enigma machine. This was what he got:

Google translate left us with this version of the message.
