This drop was shared in Essex chat yesterday and after some quick research, it was determined this candidate is most likely John W. Nystrom. He was a swedish-american civil engineer and author who was widely known for his work with the Tonal System. I believe the device that they are talking about within this report is possibly the Nystrom's Calculator where no more than 100 devices were ever produced and as the intel states, it was not greatly accepted.Over all, he seems like a rather interesting person and i wonder how he fits in with our other Candidates.
