With the release of the Hank Camera Factsheet by Global Data Analysis, it seems this group has quite the handle on intel and information. I've been thinking there is quite a bit of intel out there and these groups might have to respond to certain procedures such as the Freedom of Information Act (a 1966 US law). I used the general example of an FOIA to start a request.  I wanted to find out if this is something the Operation Essex group would be interested in sending and putting their name on.  Also, the more specific the request the better chance - as you can see in the letter I left it blank for now to take suggestions - any specific information that might be good to request. #foia

It took a bit time to identify this pattern.
