Seems like the Viator, Hank Johnson is on his way to Buenos Aires in an attempt to uncover more about Nigel Moyers past and the development of the Tecthulhu. This location is no surprise as it served as Nigels base of operations for some time. There are some interesting points about this location worth considering:
1- In the 50s Nigel was there researching Dreizehn Grobe or the 'Great Thirteen' program(13 Magnus). They were led there by tracking down a submarine and they dosed some of their crypto researchers with XM there with "Amazing effects".
2- In Ingress history , the portal Pirámide de Mayo, is considered a mega-portal. It was a shard target location for the Resistance who were trying to destroy Jarvis.
3- In Buenos Aires the Wunderwaffe group was manufacturing dark XM. There was also an operation there with code name Jormungandr.
4-Yuri Alaric Nagassa also visited Buenos Aires on many occasions. On December 9th,2013 he commented that the Anazktec spoke of a giant sea monster (sound familiar?) that lives in a cave under Buenos Aires. The people were believed to have fallen victim to a Shaper self destruct code, what if it were the Tecthulhu?
5- When Hank visited Nigel Moyer who was on his supposed deathbed, he was greeted by the voice of ADA at the gate. This indicates she herself had a connection to various systems there.
From looking at these points, it is clear that while there could be answers in Buenos Aires, there could also be a trap. Its existence is well known among many circles. Also noteworthy is again we see an indication that a cave may hold answers about the Tecthulhu, as if depths of darkness itself were a requirement for its creation. Yuri may know something more about the Tecthulhu than previously known(perhaps he even leaked its existence to Oliver Lynton-Wolfe ) and it may be worthwhile to keep track of the mega portals in the area.
