With the release of the newest Burst Report from Via Noir: America we hear an ominous warning from Oliver Lynton-Wolfe.

The first thing that sticks out to me, Oliver Lynton-Wolfe uses the word 'us'. This heavily implies that he is working with others on the Tecthulu. Who is working with him in the background on this machine of destruction? We must also ask, who is the individual shown in the pieces assembled from the suitcase in Rome using their cell phone to photograph Tecthulu?
One thing is for certain, there is more than one party involved in the creation of this device. We must probe further and question the motives of everyone, no one is free from suspicion.
