Where in the World is Yuri Nagassa?
Some time ago, Hank Johnson stated that he and Yuri Alaric Nagassa shared a kinship, one well met considering they both share common interests and connections to ancient cultures. Hank also indicated that he is traveling to Buenos Aires for answers about the Tecthulhu- so then what kind of history there directly relates to the Tectcthulhu? The answers may lie with Yuri- more answers than we think.
Yuri, an astrophysicist grew up among a reclusive, virtually uncontaminated tribe in the mountains of South America- meaning he has a unique perception of early civilizations and their interactions with XM. In summary of his post, an Anazktec friend told him of a leader named Ichtaca who had a deep sickness overcome him, a blackness that covered his entire body. He entered a cave where he was “consumed and devoured” completely. Some days later, a young man came into the village with no name, transformed, and they called him Ichtaca. Again, we see similar themes of darkness, consumption, devouring and transformation.
The recently posted, last highlighted (or italicized) word from the Tecthulhu is “Transformed.” Also noteworthy are the expressions “I must be shattered to become whole” and “I must be broken.” While this reminds us of shards and how they were used to reconstruct researchers, it also carries with it the thought of tearing something apart to rebuild it, to be transformed into something better. This could indicate that Klue S. and Susanna Moyer were similarly consumed, as Ichtaca was, and that they could reemerge changed- if only they are helped in the right way. This is from a quote from Yuri dated Nov 12,2013 :
“If we look back, we have speculated that a fragmented Exotic Matter entity would have to be reassembled in a vessel. By the way, Akh and Ka were believed to need a preserved body and tomb in order to exist, Hence mummification.”
The Ka, was essentially a persons life force taken from their body. The Akh was the transfigured spirit that survived death and mingled with the gods. The acolyte said of Klue “She is Transforming.” This leaves little doubt as to the fate of Klue and Susanna Moyer – they are now fragmented exotic matter entities – but were they reassembled into OLW or do they remain as fragments in the substrate?
Yuri may know what has really happened to them. In a threat prediction analysis by NIA, Dr Lynton-Wolfe was listed as unpredictable and controllable, and that due to his expertise he existed as a prime target for recruitment by foreign intelligence or commercial interests. He was called a "Pompfoon" recently by Edgar Allan Wright- a portmanteau of "pompous buffoon." We still do not know who tipped him off about the Tecthulhu and who it was that gave him Nigels notes. In an email to Yuri, his out of office states
“Have been recruited to participate in a prestigious public think tank, and I'll be away for a while. Sorry for any inconvenience.”
Did Yuri again leak information to Oliver Lynton-Wolfe ? What information is he hiding and who is in control of this "think tank?"
What needs to be done is clear: Hank Johnson reach out to Yuri Alaric Nagassa and help H. Richard Loeb discover the truth.
